Insurance
As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
- USUAL CUSTOMARY AND REASONABLE
We are committed to providing excellent dental treatment to all of our patients based on their individual needs. Our fees reflect our commitment to the quality of care our patients deserve. We have found our fees to be usual and customary for dental practices in the immediate area, regardless of any insurance company's determination. Our practice refuses to allow insurance companies to dictate patient care of treatment.
- INSURANCE
Whether you have dental insurance coverage or not, the patient is always responsible for the full amount of charges. For established patients with dental insurance, only your estimated patient portion is accepted at the time of service. Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your dental treatment charges. The amount of coverage depends on the individual contract your employer or union has with the insurance carrier. This coverage is dependent on many factors including deductibles and maximum allowable benefits given a year. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company.
